Place was good budget and just next door to the lake as well as resturants rotorua eat street. Check-in was efficient. The stay was fantastic, helpful service. The bed was quiet, hardly wanted to go outside. Generous-sized apartment for decent value.

The apartment was warm, difficult to find any better. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free. There was a good bed in pretty nice bedroom, I liked it. It was PEACEFUL close to everything.
